Though the matter has come up on an interim application No. 80631/2018, with a prayer for early listing of the matter. However, counsel for the petitioner submits that all that he has prayed in the instant writ application is for an early disposal of the temporary injunction application number 241/2017, pending before the court below wherein response has already been filed.
In view of the limited prayer addressed; trial court is directed to deal with the application for temporary injunction as expeditiously as possible; preferably, within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is furnished.
The application (IA No. 80631/2018), stands closed.
Writ proceedings also stand closed.
