This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the action of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pilibanga, whereby the agriculture land of the petitioner is put to auction on 08.02.2018.
After attempting to argue the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to file representation before the appropriate authority.
Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
Stay petition also stands dismissed.
It is expected that if any representation is filed by the
