Heard.

The recruitment process involved in the instant writ application supra was initiated in the year 2013. The recruitment process has not been completed for one or the other reason. Writ application has been instituted before this Bench as well as Principal Seat, at Jodhpur, seeking direction to the Staterespondents for documents verification. Prayers have been granted in this regard from time to time.

The respondents themselves allowed several opportunities to the participating candidates of the recruitment process herein, up to 3^rd January, 2018. Prayers to the same effect have also been granted by this Court. Thus, the recruitment process involved

herein has become an unending process.

In the larger interest of the participating candidates recruitment process should commence and conclude with a specific reasonable time frame.

Accordingly, the instant writ application is disposed off with the following directions to the State-respondents:

(a) The respondents shall workout the vacancies in each of Zila Parishads, category-wise, leaving out the vacancies reserved under the interim orders, if any, by the Courts.

(b) Thereafter, the candidates as per the ratio of 1:2 of the vacancies available, shall be called for verification of documents, in each of the category on a common date, which is fixed, with the understanding that no further extension would be acceptable, as 13^th April, 2018.

(c) The appointment thereafter, shall be accorded to the candidates who are found eligible and otherwise suitable, strictly in accordance with inter-se comparative merit in their respective category and to the extent available vacancies.

These directions shall not restricted to the instant writ applications but shall apply to all the participating candidates with reference to recruitment process of 2013 involved herein, for the post of Teacher Grade -III.

(d) A public notice in terms of this order shall be notified in the newspapers with vide circulation throughout the State of Rajasthan. It is made clear that no further opportunity for verification of documents shall be allowed in the process involved

herein.

The aforesaid exercise shall be undertaken and completed by the State-respondents as expeditiously as possible; preferably, within three months from today.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the instant writ application stands disposed off.

A copy of this order be furnished to Mr. S. K. Gupta, AAG, for onward transmission and compliance, without fail.
