Central Administrative Tribunal is that the advertisement in question was issued on 28th May, 2018 informing clearly that the last date to submit on-line forms was 30th June, 2018, extended vide corrigendum to 30th July, 2018. The writ petitioners approached the Tribunal without furnishing any justification of approaching the Tribunal on the last date when the forms had to be submitted on-line.
