The matter comes up for consideration of an application (APPLW No.2240/2017) preferred on behalf of applicant Mr. Tararam Meghwal with a prayer for impleading him as party respondent in this writ petition.
In these writ petitions, the issue regarding appointment of liquidator of the petitioners-Societies is pending consideration with the Central Registrar Co-operative Societies, New Delhi from quite some time.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.4- Central Registrar Co-operative Societies, New Delhi has assured this Court that the applications filed by the petitioners-Societies for appointing liquidator will positively be decided within a period of three months from today.
In view of the assurance given by the respondent No.4Central Registrar Co-operative Societies, New Delhi these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4Central Registrar Co-operative Societies, Delhi to decide the application filed by the petitioners-Societies for appointing liquidator within a period of three months from today.
