documents. The application forms of such candidates could have been rejected being incomplete or lacking required documents. The Rajasthan High Court, however, took a decision to give one chance to the applicants to cure the deficiencies. It was given in the newspaper as well as on the official website to indicate deficiencies in the application form of each candidate. They were given 15 days’ time to cure it. The petitioners’ name was also referred after indicating deficiencies in the application forms. The petitioners are those, who did not take care to remove the deficiencies and, accordingly, while issuing the list of eligible candidates for the written examination, their names did not appear. The list aforesaid was published on 2nd June, 2018. The petitioners did not take care even at that stage to approach this court for timely adjudication of the issues. The writ petitions were filed much subsequent to the Notification giving date of written examination i.e. 7th and 8th July, 2018. In view of the above, either the petitioners were not vigilant or sleeping over the matter despite knowing about deficiencies in their application forms. They were granted 15 days’ time to remove it followed by publication of final eligibility list. The writ petitions were filed in the first week of July, 2018 thus cannot be entertained as interim order or any other order may affect the schedule of written examination.
