These petitions have been filed challenging the notification dated 23.5.2018 so far as it fixes the experience of three years for the post of Lab. Assistant.
The controversy raised in these petitions is set at rest by coordinate bench of this Court in a bunch of petitions leading one being D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13955/2018, Ravindra Yadav vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 11.07.2018, whereby the writ petitions were dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners are not in a position to dispute the aforesaid fact.
The writ petitions are dismissed. The observation made in the aforesaid case of Ravindra Yadav, supra shall also apply in the present cases too.
