Petitioner after having participated in the recruitment process involved herein, well aware of the contemplations under advertisement dated 30^th May, 2018; has approached this Court, with a prayer to quash and set aside condition No.9, of the advertisement, which contemplates a cut off date as 3rd June, 2018, for the purpose of reckoning the period of experience for grant of bonus marks.

The cut off date 3rd June, 2018, is uniformly applicable to all the candidates in the recruitment process. Hence, the petitioner cannot complain of the any discrimination. That apart, the cut off date for the purpose of recokoning the experience period to award bonus marks has been arrived at and applied by the State-

respondents uniformily, and therefore, cannot be faulted for the same has not been assailed on any of the grounds sustainable in law.

A reference made by the counsel for the petitioner to the opinion in the case of Bhajan Lal Bishnoi Vs. State of Raj. And Ors. :SBCWP No. 8938/2013, decided on 3rd February, 2017; the opinion is altogether in a different factual matrix, wherein the Coordinate Bench of this Court examined the controversy in the backdrop of Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996. The reasonings put-forth while assailing the cut off date are of no help to the petitioner with reference to the experience certificate in the case of Bhajan Lal Bishnoi (supra), that was to be considered for the purpose of grant of 10% bonus marks for having completed three years of service prior to the last cut off date , which was determined as 16^th April, 2013.

For the reasons and discussions aforesaid, the writ application, instituted by the petitioner, is devoid of any substance and lacks in merit, and therefore, deserves to be dismissed.
