Counsel for the petitioners states that the respondent by way of order dated 08.03.2018 made recommendations for deaffiliation of the petitioners and no opportunity has been provided for meeting out with the deficiencies. Counsel further submits that on the basis of the said recommendations, the respondent No.2 is likely to issue orders of de-affiliation.
Having heard learned counsel, I find that the present writ petition is premature. It is expected from the Director, Technical Education to take a decision on the basis of recommendations made after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and if required to meet out with the deficiencies pointed out.
With the said observations, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage being premature.
