Mr. Amitabh Acharya, learned counsel for the respondent, informs that the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, the transfer whereof has been sought by the instant application, itself has been decided by the concerned Court on 25.10.2017.
In view of the statement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present transfer application having been rendered infructuous, is dismissed as such.
