Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to file an application before Municipal Board, Bundi for regularisation.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
If any such application is filed on or before 18th July, 2018, respondents are directed to decide the same in accordance with law within 15 days from the receipt of the application.

In the meantime, respondents shall maintain status quo
with regard to property in question. This order shall stand vacated after a lapse of 15 days without further reference to this Court.
