This second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 19.01.2017 passed by Additional District Judge, No.14, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur whereby the Civil Regular Appeal No.22/2013 was dismissed and judgment passed by Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) No.2, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur dated 09.07.2013 was confirmed.
Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants and after going through the impugned judgments and decree passed by both the Courts below, it appears that the matter is not res integra as similar

controversy, as involved herein, has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 31.07.2017 passed in S.B. Civil Second Appeal No.3/2010- Rajasthan State Road Transport
Corporation & Ors. Vs. Malu Ram Raigar . Therefore, no question of law, much less substantial question of law is involved in this appeal.
Hence, the instant second appeal being devoid of any merit is liable to be dismissed and the same is, hereby, dismissed.
