This writ petition ek emerg.ent parole to attend the marriage of petitioner's son. The marriage is going to be solemnised on 23.11.2018.

Learned Additional Advocate General has verified the fact about the marriage of petitioner's son. Taking aforesaid into consideration and as son falls in the relation, for which the parole is permissible on the ground of ma@ge, the writ petition is allowed.

Accordingly, we direct the Superintendent, Central Jail, Alwar I to release the petitioner namely, Surendra Singh @ Chhinda S/o Shri Late Shri Dalip Singh, on emergent parole for a period of ten days, which shall commence from the date of his release, upon furnishing the personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Jail, Alwar with the stipulation that he shall surrender himself and return back to th IqJmaintain peace and case, he fails to surrender on the ority shall proceed in accordance with law.
