Heard the petitione~~~~f:o% ,54g+dqqa gl;ant **vT.+,ri ..ot-Ze'rnergent parole. It is .%, g -% * 4 '$ *i *% ., $ stated that petitioner's grandfather died on 7" October, 2018. The rituals would be performed between 14th to 18th October, 2018. In view of the above, petitioner may be granted emergent parole for a period of seven days.

,Learned Additional Advocate General, Mr. . B.N. Sandu, submits that death of petitioner's grandfatheyhas been confirmed by the Police Officer concerned.

In view of the above, we are inclined to grant emergent parole to the petitioner for a period of one week.

Accordingly, we allow this writ petition and direct the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bikaner to release the petitioner namely Bhawani Singh S/o Sh.
