Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this criminal revision petition, however, prays that the Registry be directed to return the demand draft of Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner which he has deposited pursuant to the order passed by this Court for the purpose of service of notice upon the respondent. It is informed that till date, notice has not been issued to the respondent and now the petitioner wants to withdraw this criminal revision petition.
Hence, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The Registry is directed to return the demand draft of Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner which he has deposited pursuant to the order passed by this Court.
