It has come to my notice that in the second last line of the order dated 16.07.2018, a grammatical error has occurred and therefore, the sentence is required to be corrected. The second last sentence of the order, “ This court approved reasons given by the trial court to supplementing the same with reasons given above” , is required to be corrected.
Hence, Registry is directed to correct the above second last line of the order as under:-
“ This court approve reasons given by the trial court by supplementing the same with reasons given above.”
Registry is directed to carry necessary correction in the order dated 16.07.2018. A further direction is issued that the above correction also be carried in the order uploaded on the website. Necessary corrigendum, if required, be issued in this regard.
