By this common order, S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.2588/2018 preferred by Kishan Lal Saini and S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.5015/2017, also instituted by Kishan Lal Saini, shall be decided together.

Present petitions have been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that a direction be issued to the respondents to conduct fair, proper, impartial and expeditious investigation in case arising out of FIR No.0448/2017, registered at P.S. Sadar Alwar, District Alwar, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 341 and 307 IPC.

Petitioner- Kishan Lal Saini is present in person. None is present for the respondent-State.

After hearing the petitioner, who is present in person, the present petitions are disposed of, by issuing a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Alwar, to ensure that free, fair and impartial investigation in the abovesaid FIR is carried. The report of the investigation alongwith the opinion of the Investigating Officer shall be submitted in the concerned Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by the Investigating Officer.

In view of direction issued above, the present petitions are disposed of.

Petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of this order before the Investigating Officer.

Deputy Registrar(Judicial) is also directed to send copy of this order to Superintendent of Police, Bharatpur.
