This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for quashing the FIR No.3/2017 dated 04.01.2017 of Police Station Saroopganj, District Sirohi.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 16.07.2018, wherein it is mentioned that after thorough investigation, the police have already filed Negative Final Report No.48/2017 dated 25.09.2017 in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Pindwara on 28.09.2017.
In view of the above fact that the police have already filed negative final report in the court concerned, no further order is
