Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this criminal misc. petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the I.O. It is also prayed that the I.O. be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner objectively.
Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
However, in the event of filing appropriate representation by the petitioner, it is expected that the I.O. shall consider the same objectively.
