This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing FIR No.32/2018 of Police Station Mahamandir, Jodhpur.

After attempting to argue the matter for quite some time by the petitioner No.1 present in person and her counsel Shri Kshemendra Mathur, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner No.1 that she does not want to press this criminal misc. petition,

however, seeks liberty to move appropriate representation before the investigating authority for conducting impartial investigation into the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR.

The criminal misc. petition is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for. The stay petition is also dismissed.
