This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the FIR No.95/2018 dated 16.04.2018 of Police Station Shastri Nagar, District Jodhpur City West.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 06.08.2018, wherein it is mentioned that after thorough investigation, the police have filed negative final report in the court concerned.
In view of the fact that the police have already filed negative final report in the court concerned, no further order is required to
