Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits the report received from SHO, P.S. Borkheda, Kota dated 24.01.2018 wherein it has been mentioned that after investigation charge-sheet has been prepared on 30.12.2017. The report is taken on record. It has also been mentioned in the report that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to the accused persons and their arrest was not required to be made in the matter.
In view of the fact that the investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been proposed nothing remains to be adjudicted in the matter.
Hence, the petition is disposed off.
