Mr. Aladeen Khan, the learned Public Prosecutor on instructions from Inspector, Mr. Ganpat Ram, SHO, Police Station Phagi, Jaipur (Rural), has submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the investigating agency has submitted Final Report in negative form and the same has been accepted by the trial court.
None was present on behalf of the petitioners on 8.3.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
