The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that since during the pendency of the present petition seeking quashing of FIR, charge-sheet has been submitted, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to alternative lawful remedy in accordance with the provisions of law.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
