Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.61/2014 registered at Police Station Jalupura Jaipur Reg. for offence under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely involved in this case. Co-accused have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is involved in twelve other criminal cases of similar nature.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
