The present fourth (interim) bail application is preferred by the petitioner- accused Bajrang Singh on the ground that there is marriage of his two sons namely Ganesh Singh and Naresh Singh scheduled on 29th June, 2018.
Since, marriage ceremony has already been taken place, therefore this fourth (interim) bail application has become infructuous.
In view of above, this fourth (interim) bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
