Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 133/18 registered at Police Station Patan District Sikar for offence under Sections 332, 353 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, 1959.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 06.06.2018. Challan has already been presented in the court and conclusion of trial may take time. Injury No.1 on the person of injured Saddik Khan is simple in nature, whereas, injury No.2 on the said person was complaint of pain and the said injury could not be assessed by the Medical Officer. No-body has suffered any firearm injury.

Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has opposed the petition.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the petitioners on bail.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioners be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the concerned Court.
