Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 75/2011 registered at Police Station Choki A.C.B. Bharatpur for offence under Sections 13(1)(D) 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 read with Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely involved in this case by the complainant due to political rivalry. Department itself has not filed any complaint.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner and her co-accused have caused loss to the State to the tune of Rs.63,514/- while carrying on construction work. Petitioner was working as a Sarpanch at the relevant time.

Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to her is made out.
