Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 125/2016 registered at Police Station Bhatta Basti, Distt. Jaipur North for offence under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
Present case relates to murder of Hasina. Case rests on eyewitness account. As per the eye-witnesses, petitioner was armed with a knife, at the time of occurrence and had inflicted injuries with it to the deceased. Eye-witnesses have been examined during trial and they have duly supported the prosecution story.
