Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, no case for grant of bail is made out. Hence this bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C is rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court on or before 10.05.2018 and file an application for bail under Section 437 Cr.P.C and it is expected from the trial Court that application will be decided on the same day.
Till 10.05.2018, the petitoner shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.19/2018, Police Station Dechu, distt. Jodhpur.
