Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking interim bail in F.I.R. No. 43/2016 registered at Police Station Transport Nagar Jaipur East, for offences under Sections 376 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner be granted interim bail for one month to enable him to sell the property owned by him and to repay the loan to the complainant.
Learned counsel for the complainant has not opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court on 14.05.2018 at 10.00 a.m.
