This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with F.I.R. No. 81/2011 of Police Station Khinvasar, District Nagaur for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 307, 354/149 of IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that after thorough investigation, police filed final report that no case is made out

against the petitioners. Later on, learned trial Court took cognizance against the petitioners and has issued warrant of arrest. Therefore, the petitioners have filed the present bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, looking to the fact that after thorough investigation police submitted final report in this case, so, in these circumstances it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on 25/04/2018 and shall furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.80,000/- and two sureties of Rs. 40,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court. If they will not appear before the trial Court on or before 25/04/2018, then the trial Court shall issue warrant of arrest against the petitioners.

The bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
