Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

F.I.R. No. 349/2016 was registered at Police Station Vishwakarma Jaipur for offence under Sections 302, 201, 467, 468, 120-B of I.P.C.

It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that Ramjilal @ Ramji has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The case rest upon circumstantial evidence and petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of CCTV Footage.

Learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have opposed these bail applications. Their contention is that petitioners were the persons who entered the house of the deceased committed murder of two persons and obtained thumb impressions of deceased on the documents to grab his property. It is also contended that bail application of the co-accused has been dismissed as withdrawn by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and liberty has been given for filing fresh bail application after recording of the statement of prosecution witness Rinku.

I have considered the contentions.

Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the complainant, I am not inclined to allow these bail applications.

The criminal miscellaneous bail applications are accordingly

rejected. However, petitioners would be free to move fresh bail application before the concerned Court after recording of the statement of the prosecution witness Rinku.
