Petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

for offence under Sections 417, 465, 468, 201, 120-B, 420, 419, 466, 467, 472, 473 and 477 I.P.C. and Sections 43/66, 66C, 66D, 65 and 72 of Information Technology Act.

It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that co-accused have been enlarged on bail by this Court and by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Case of petitioners is akin to that of coaccused.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed these bail applications.

I have considered the contentions.

Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the petitioners, I deem it proper to allow these bail applications.

These bail applications are, accordingly, allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any Court to which the matter be transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
