Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor on this third bail application and perused the statements recorded during trial.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering statements of PW3-Sawa @ Sawji and other witnesses, without expressing any opinion on merits, I feel disinclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioner.
Consequently, the third bail application fails and same is hereby nixed.
Before parting, it may be observed that learned trial Court may expedite trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
