Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 119/2018 registered at Police Station Bharampuri, Distt. Jaipur (Raj.) for offences under Sections 3/25 and 35 of Arms Act, 1959.
Heard.
Present case relates to recovery of countrymade pistol from the accused. During the course of arguments, it has transpired that the petitioner is involved in nineteen other criminal cases. Although, out of the said cases, petitioner is stated to have been acquitted in seven cases, but the fact remains that the twelve other criminal cases are still pending against the petitioner.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
