Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.239/2018 registered at Police Station Beawar Sadar, District Ajmer for offence under Sections 376, 376-D, 323, 342, 384 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
As per the prosecution story, petitioner and his coaccused had raped the prosecutrix. Statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded under Section 164 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
