Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 416/2017 registered at Police Station Kotwali Tonk for offence under Sections 379, 411 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2018. Petitioner has been falsely involved in this case.
Learned state counsel, has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is involved in eleven other criminal cases. Most of the cases relate to the offence of theft.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
