Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No..218/2018 registered at Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
On 04.09.2018 following order was passed by this court:-
“Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allotment of the plots was made in the year 1991, whereas, the petitioner had joined the society in the year 1999.
List again on 3.10.2018. In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner

be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 04.09.2018, is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
