Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this bail application, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to move a fresh bail application before the trial court after recording of the statement of eye witness - Ram Niwas son of Ramdeen.
Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
It is expected that the trial court shall record the statement of eye witness - Ram Niwas son of Ramdeen on priority basis.
