Petitioner has filed this 3rd petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 444/2016 registered at Police Station Mahuwa, District Dausa for offence under Sections 143, 323, 327, 307, 384 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits by this court vide order dated 24.03.2017 in view of the fact that the petitioner was involved in fifteen other criminal cases.
During the course of arguments, it has transpired that the petitioner has been acquitted in eight cases and in two cases, petitioner has been granted benefit of probation. Remaining cases are still pending against the petitioner.
Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
