Mr. P.C. Sharma, the learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that the present application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to lawful alternative remedy. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further contended that further liberty be granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition detailing therein circumstances as to why order dated 30.5.2018 passed by this Court had not been complied with.
As prayed, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberties as prayed for.
