While preferring review application to recall the order dt. 04.04.2018 it has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that both the courts below have passed non speaking orders and details have not been delineated and there was no material before the court below to pass impugned order for framing of charges, it has further been contended that the spot map is also not supporting to the alleged story, so the order passed by this court on 04.04.2018 be reviewed and the matter be remitted back to the trial court for re-consideration.
Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the contention raised and has submitted that the contours of review petition are minimal, save typographical errors the order cannot be reviewed/recalled.

Heard and perused the order passed there appears no reason to recall the order dt. 04.04.2018 hence the application seeking recall of order dt. 04.04.2018 is dismissed.
