Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, no case for grant of bail is made out. Hence this Criminal appeal under Section 14(a)(2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is rejected. However, petitioners are directed to surrender before the Special Court (SC/ST Act) on or before 24.04.2018 and file an application for bail and it is expected from the Special Court (SC/ST Act) that bail application will be decided on the same day.
Till 24.04.2018, the petitoners shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.158/2015, Police Station Mathania, distt. Jodhpur.
