Considering the facts mentioned in the application u/s 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay and the arguments advanced by the learned counsel, the application is allowed. The delay in filing the restoration application is condoned.

Considering the facts mentioned in the application and the arguments advanced by the learned counsel, the restoration application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited before the State Legal Services Authority within two weeks from today.
After submitting the receipt of deposited fees, S.B. Civil Revision Petition No.123/2017 may be restored to its original number.
