This restoration application has been filed for restoration of DBCMA No.899/2017, which stood dismissed in terms of peremptory order dated 10.07.2018 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that on account of inadvertent error on his part, requisites could not be put in within stipulated time.
The application is not opposed by the counsel appearing for the respondent.
The restoration application is, accordingly, allowed. The appeal is restored to its original number.
