Heard learned counsel for the applicant-appellant and perused the application for restoration of accompanying Civil Misc. Appeal No.2387/2016.
The accompanying appeal was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order.
It is submitted by learned counsel that now he has removed defect by affixing court fee stamp of Rs.2.
In this view of the matter, the prayer is granted and accompanying Civil Misc. Appeal No.2387/2016 is restored to its original number.
