Counsel for the OL points out that the principal amount has already been paid by the respondents .
In view thereof, since the court has dropped the proceedings in cases relating to the recovery from the loanees, on having deposited principal amount, the present proceedings as against the legal heirs of Banna Ram are dropped in view of the fact that the principal amount has been deposited.
Accordingly, the company application no. 101/2003 is consigned to record.
