By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for the following relief(s):-
“It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this modification application may kindly be allowed and the order dated 07/03/2018 may kindly be modified and the period for consideration in remand be modified from April, 2005 to June, 2005 to ‘1st April, 2005 to 31st August, 2005.”
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and in the order dated 7th March, 2018, the period for consideration in remand may be read from 1st April, 2005 to 31st August, 2005.
