Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that vide the impugned award dated 23.02.2001, 22 claim petitions were .disposed of. Appeals were filed by the Insurance Company challenging award. S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.2044/2002 was disposed of by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order
dated 31.07.2012 and the case was remanded to the Tribunal for a fresh decision on Issue No.2A. Thus, the present appeal was liable to be disposed of in terms of order dated 31.07.2012 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
